Current Market Opportunity

7 Development Group believes there are compelling investment opportunities overseas, specifically the Ukraine.  The company is presently focusing our efforts on this lucrative market.  Inline with our methodologies we have projects underway with many planned projects which include development of residential homes, planned communities, multi-family town homes and luxury Mid-Rise buildings.

History of prior projects

Past projects include purchases of land lots in Florida for resale, purchase of land lots in Upstate New York, purchase of multifamily homes in New York, purchase of home in New York to renovate and sell, purchase/development in planned North Carolina communities and development of single family homes in Crimea, Ukraine.
