Watching the Dow go down to under 7000 and the financial crisis unfolding around us has been gut wrenching. Values of our houses, pensions, investments plummeted and panic struck. The economy came to a halt almost falling into a major depression. Stocks have now risen to over 10,000 and the question is where are we heading. I like be optimistic about things but the fact is we have serious problems. House values will decline further. I see it everyday people are either walking away from their mortgages or trying to do a workout with their mortgage companies. We have a long way to go. Be cautious. Trend right now is down. Good News is their is always opportunities to make MONEY.
